Internship Report Turnitin Check and Hard-Copy Submission
You may
upload your reports to the Turnitin control (report) section that will be available on
WebOnline until midnight on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. Please exclude the Self
Evaluation Questionnaire and Grading Criteria Form section when uploading your
report.
The similarity rate is expected to be below 20%, and the AI rate
below 25%. Please check both rates through the system. If your rates exceed these
limits, you may resubmit your report. However, please note that you have only 3
resubmission attempts. If there are no issues, you may proceed with the hard-copy
submission.
The deadline for the hard-copy submission of reports meeting the
required plagiarism criteria is Friday, October 9, 2026, by the end of the working
day. The report uploaded to the system and the report submitted in hard copy are
expected to have identical content. Otherwise, your internship report may not be
evaluated, and you may receive a U grade.
For the hard-copy
submission, sections such as the Self Evaluation Questionnaire and Grading Criteria
Form should additionally be included at the end of the spiral-bound report.
The spiral-bound printed report, the evaluation form in a sealed and stamped envelope,
and the internship diary, as well as the bank receipt and unemployment fund contribution
form, if applicable, must be submitted to the internship coordination office by the
announced deadline.

The Erasmus+ KA220-HED project titled “HEALTH-AI: Advancing Healthcare with
Adaptive AI Training and a Collaboration Platform”, involving our faculty member Assoc.
Prof. Dr. Gül Tokdemir and Research Assistant Sezer Uğuz, has been selected as the only
project to receive support from the Turkish National Agency, with a grant of €400,000.
Coordinated by the University of Health Sciences, the 30-month project aims to develop
an adaptive artificial intelligence curriculum for healthcare professionals and to
establish an innovative collaboration platform that brings together the fields of
engineering and health sciences. We congratulate our faculty members and wish them
continued success.
Students who are doing their summer internship are required to register for
either CENG 200 or CENG 300.

The caps and gowns of senior students and Fall semester
graduates who will attend the Graduation Ceremony to be held on June 28, 2024 for

Students will receive 300 TL from the department/institute/college secretariat between
29 April and 07 June 2024. They can receive their caps and gowns in return for a deposit
fee (250 TL. robe + 50 TL. cap), and they will receive the deposit fee back by
