Important dates related to the application process are as follows:

- English Proficiency Exam: September 9-10, 2024 (for the applicants of a master's degree without an English language certificate)

Final exam make-ups will be held on June 13, 2024, between 9.20-13.20 in classroom number LB-05.
CAPS AND GROPS WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT SECRETARIAT BETWEEN WEEKDAYS BETWEEN 1400-15.00.
The caps and gowns of senior students and Fall semester graduates who will attend the Graduation Ceremony to be held on June 28, 2024 for 2023-2024 Academic Year graduates will be delivered to the department/institute/college secretariats by the Equipment Directorate, in proportion to the number of students.
Students will receive 300 TL from the department/institute/college secretariat between 29 April and 07 June 2024. They can receive their caps and gowns in return for a deposit fee (250 TL. robe + 50 TL. cap), and they will receive the deposit fee back by delivering them to the same place between 01-10 July 2024. Returns of caps and gowns will not be accepted after July 10, 2024.

Our students who do their compulsory internship during the semester break;
- They will not enroll in any courses for internship.

Make-up exams will be held in class MA-02 on Friday, January 19, between 13:00 and 17:00.
